Stewardship and Excellence: Camalig Bank Honored by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas as BSP Advocacies and Programs Champion

Camalig Bank strengthened its commitment to excellence in the local banking industry after being awarded the "BSP Advocacies and Programs Champion" during the Recognition of Excellence in Regional Currency Management held on January 28, 2026 in Legazpi City. The occasion celebrated top performers in the local banking industry while reinforcing a strategic alignment toward effective currency management.

The recognition was accepted by Jo-Ann T. Pontanes, Marygem C. Realuyo and Mary Joy B. Realoza, Camalig Bank’s Cash Management Department Head, Marketing Area Head, and CMD Supervisor, respectively.

The award was presented by BSP Acting Area Director Evelyn V. Tanagon, BSP Legazpi Branch OSD Manager Atty. Marra Kristine A. Abocado, and Acting Manager- Currency Operations Division, Rolly D. Sanchez.
